Cancelation Policy

The Spruce Resorts is a luxury resort with two branches located in Shogran and Khanian

Cancelation Policy (applicable to all reservation and customer types)

  1.         Tentative bookings or bookings on hold will be automatically canceled after the deadline mentioned on the booking form.

    2.       Tentative bookings can be modified or canceled without any charge.

    3.       We charge 100% advance payment at the time of booking.

    4.       Cancellations can be refunded only 15 days prior to check-in date.

    5.       Dates of the confirmed booking cannot be changed after the 7th day prior to check-in date; the date change will also be subject to room availability in next dates and can be used within 6 months of check-in. 

    6.       For any personal emergency with in last 15 days prior to check-in, amount will not be refunded and can be utilized within 6 months of check-in date. This booking is transferrable also.

    7.       In case of flight cancellation or closure of road due to landslide or any other personal reason, full amount can be utilized within 6 months of check-in date but there will be no refunds.

    8.       The amount held by The Spruce Resorts can also be used by any friend or family member of the client. Booking will be transferrable. 

Group Bookings Cancelation

  1.          In case of flight cancelation or landslide or any other reason for more than 10 rooms’ reservation in last 72 hours prior to check-in, 20% payment will be deducted and rest of the payment can be utilized within 6 months.

    2.       In case of flight cancelation or landslide or any other reason for more 15 rooms’ reservation in last 72 hours prior to check-in, 30% payment will be deducted and rest of the payment can be utilized within 6 months.

    3.       In case of flight cancelation or landslide or any other reason for more 20 rooms’ reservation in last 72 hours prior to check-in, 40% payment will be deducted and rest of the payment can be utilized within 6 months.

Refunds

  1.       
    Special refund cases must be communicated over
    email i.e. bookings@thespruceresorts.com.
    Approval of refund is at management’s discretion.

    2.      
    Any refund amount will be transferred to
    customer account within 15 days

    3.      
    A refund voucher will be issued by The Spruce
    Resorts to customer
